JUDGMENT
1. This hearing has been done in physical Court. Hybrid mode is permitted in cases where permission is being sought from the Court. CM APPL. 45049/2021 in W.P.(C) 3803/2020
2. This is an application filed on behalf of Petitioner No.15/Ms. Sunita, the allottee of Shop No.13, Food Court, ISBT Kashmere Gate, Delhi seeking modification/rectification of a typographical error at Serial No.6 in the Table under paragraph 73 on page 39 of the judgment dated 27th October, 2021.
3. Ld. Counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner No.15 submits that in her case, the Letter of Allotment was dated 7th September, 2019, and the possession of the shop was given on 21st September, 2019. Accordingly, she would fall under Category III as per the judgment dated 27th October, 2021 and would be entitled to an extension of a period of nine months as also waiver for the full lockdown period. This position is not disputed by the 2021:DHC:4235 Respondent Corporation.
