JUDGMENT

1. The transfer by which the petitioner is aggrieved in this petition has been reversed and his posting order has been cancelled.

2. Accordingly, Mr. Nikunj Arora seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition.

3. However, if the petitioner should continue to remain aggrieved, he would be at liberty to revive the petition by moving an appropriate application.

4. The writ petition is disposed as withdrawn.
