1. Present writ petition has been preferred seeking the following reliefs: a. Direct the respondent No.1 to forward the names of the 2021:DHC:3453-DB eligible members of the petitioner society to respondent no.2. b. Direct the respondent no.2 to hand over the possession of the land allotted to petitioner at Dhirpur admeasuring 11,000 square meters. c. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper.”

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that suffice would it be for the disposal of this writ petition, if a suitable direction is given to Respondent No. 1 to decide the representations dated 11.06.2018, 19.06.2019 and 05.01.2021, preferred by the Petitioner, which are annexed as Annexure P-15 to the memo of this petition and decide the same in a time bound manner.

In view of this limited submission, we hereby direct Respondent No.1 to decide the representations preferred by the Petitioner, as aforementioned, in accordance with law, Rules, Regulations and Government Policies, applicable to the facts of the case, keeping in mind the fact of allotment of plots, in similar situations and circumstances to various other persons referred to by the Petitioner in Annexures P-12, P-13 and P-14 to the memo of this petition.

4. It is open to the Petitioner to place on record, before Respondent No.1, any further material, if so advised as also any additional/ supplementary representation within a period of 3 weeks from today. Decision shall be taken by Respondent No.1 preferably within a period of 12 weeks from today. In case any additional material or representation is placed by the Petitioner before the concerned Authority, the same shall also be taken into consideration.

5. With these observations, writ petition is hereby disposed of.
