JUDGMENT

1. Allowed, subject to just exceptions. W.P.(C) 13234/2021 and CM APPL. 41774/2021[Application filed on behalf of the petitioner for exemption from filing complete record of the Tribunal]

2. This writ petition is directed against the orders dated 06.08.2021 and 09.09.2021, passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal [in short, “the Tribunal”] in Miscellaneous Application (M.A.) No.412/2020, preferred in O.A. No. 1671/2013.

3. Mr. Prakhar Bhatnagar, who appears for the petitioners, says that the above-mentioned application i.e., M.A. No.412/2020 has not been disposed of by the Tribunal. 3.[1] According to Mr. Bhatnagar, all that the petitioners seek is 2021:DHC:3811-DB W.P.(C) 13234/2021 implementation of the order dated 22.09.2016, passed in O.A. NO. 1671/2013, whereby the O.A. was disposed of.

3.2. To be noted, the aforementioned order of the Tribunal dated 22.09.2021[6], directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for regularisation.

4. Ms. Vertika Sharma, who appears on behalf of the respondents, says that two speaking orders have been passed by the respondents i.e., orders dated 01.03.2021 and 27.09.2021.

4.1. According to Ms. Sharma, the aforesaid orders would constitute the compliance of the order of the Tribunal i.e., 22.09.2016, passed in O.A. NO. 1671/2013.

5. Since, we are informed that the aforementioned M.A., preferred in O.A. No. 1671/2013 is listed before the Court for hearing on 06.12.2021, at this juncture, no directions are called for in the instant writ petition.

6. The writ petition is disposed of, with a request to the Tribunal to deal with the application, filed in O.A. No.1671/2013, after hearing both sides on the given date.
