1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has given a representation to the concerned officers of the Delhi Police for permission to regulate and man the gates of the colony at specified times and periods.

2. Learned counsel submits that this necessity arose in view of the peculiar circumstances of the petitioner colony and further in view of the fact that there is a liquor vend just outside the colonybecause of which there have been instances of law and order inside the colony. He submits that the representation has gone undecided till date.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a fresh representation shall be made to the concerned ACP sub division with regard to the time lines for opening and manning of the gates.
4. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.[1] & 3 as also by counsel appearing for respondent Nos.[2] & 4.
5. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the concerned officers of the Delhi Police who shall thereafter dispose of the representation within a period of two weeks after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the representatives of the petitioner.
