1. Present Public Interest Litigation has been preferred seeking the following reliefs:-

(i) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing the Respondents to provide, in a timebound manner, the facility of bar-room on third floor for labour lawyers, library, computer facility, photo copier machine, notary, oath commissioner, canteen, creche facility and all other facilities which are required for advocates and litigants;

(ii) Pass any such other or further order and/or direction, as this Hon’ble Court may deem- fit and appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.” 2021:DHC:4079-DB W.P.(C) 1986/2020

2. We have heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.2 and looked into the facts and circumstances of the case. A representation dated 10.12.2019 (Annexure P-1 to the memo of the writ petition) has already been preferred by the Petitioner. Respondent No.1 is directed to look into the grievances ventilated by the Petitioner in the representation and take a decision thereon, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.

3. With these observations, writ petition is disposed of. Liberty is, however, granted to the Petitioner to approach the Court or the appropriate Forum in case of any surviving grievance or any further cause of action.
