ORDER
1. The learned counsel for the NCTE submits that the respondents have 2021:DHC:4450 taken a decision; however, the same cannot be communicated to the petitioners in view of the stay orders against precipitate measures, passed by the Rajasthan High Court in the writ petitions preferred by the said institutions.
2. The case was passed over for the learned counsel for the parties to obtain instructions.
3. Having done so, the learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petitions.
