3. This is a joint application under Section 29A(6) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, for extension of the mandate of the learned arbitrator, which is due to expire on 2nd

4. Learned counsel for the parties, ad idem, request that the mandate of the learned arbitrator may be extended by six months with January, 2022. 2021:DHC:4349 effect from the said date.

5. Accordingly, petition is allowed. The mandate of the learned arbitrator shall stand extended by six months with effect from 7th January, 2022.
