1. The matter has been heard by way of video conferencing.

2. Present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the Respondentsfor granting the benefit of second Financial up-gradation on completion of 24 years of service under the ACP Scheme in the Pay Scale of Rs.5500-175-9000 from 9th August,1999 to 30th September, 1999, till the 2022:DHC:259-DB W.P.(C) 1198/2022 date, thepetitioner hadretiredvoluntarily from BSF and otherconsequential benefitsincluding arrears of paymentas per O.M. dated 09th August, 1999. Petitioner also seeks directions to the Respondents to fix the pay of the Petitioner which has been revised now as per hierarchy after granting the financial up-gradation under ACP Schemes from the due date of 09th August, 1999.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner’s representation dated07th December, 2021 is still pendingwith regard to the aforesaid prayers before the authorities.

4. Issue notice. Mr. Satya Ranjan Swain, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents.

5. Keeping in view theaverments in thepresent writ petition,this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the Respondents to decide the Petitioner’s representation dated 07th December, 2021 by way of a reasoned order, in accordance with law, within eight weeks.
