Proceedings have been conducted through video conferencing.

1. Present Public Interest Litigation has been preferred seeking the following reliefs:- “a) Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing Respondents No.2 and 3 to register an appropriate complaint/ Enforcement Case Information Report on the basis of the Complaint/Representation made by the Petitioner and investigate into the illegalities, corruption and money laundering stated thereto; b) In the alternative, Pass an order, direction or appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing a court-monitored SIT investigation into the corrupt and criminal actions as detailed out in the 2022:DHC:314-DB W.P.(C) 15063/2021 Complaint/Representations dated 4.12.2019 and 27.7.2021 made by the Petitioner; c) In the alternative, Pass an order, direction or an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the Respondents No. 2 and 3 to consider the complaint/ representation made by the Petitioner and documents filed therewith, and take action in accordance with law d) Pass any other writ, order or direction that this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

2. We have heard learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties and looked into the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Petitioner has filed representations dated 04.12.2019 and 17.07.2021, which are annexed as Annexure P-1 to the writ petition, and are pending consideration. We, therefore, direct the concerned Respondents to look into the grievances ventilated by the Petitioner in the said representations as well as in the present writ petition and take a decision, in accordance with law, rules and regulations and Government policies applicable to the case. The decision shall be taken by the concerned Respondents as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 16 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With these observations, Writ Petition along with pending application is hereby disposed of.
