1. The instant petition has been wrongly registered as an Arbitration Appeal (ARB. A.) whereas it should have been registered as an Arbitration Petition (ARB. P.) It is also noticed that the Registry was directed to rectify this error vide order dated 16^'' March 2020, but the same has not been done « till date.

2. The Registry is once again directed to con-ect the same.

3. Nevertheless, Ms. Rajasree Ajay, counsel for the Petitioner (miscategorized as Appellant), states that an arbitrator stands appointed by the Respondent, and therefore, she does not seek to press the present petition.
