419/420/506/511/120B IPG and section 66(D) of IT Act, 2000 at police station Tilak Marg(New Delhi Distt.)

Trial Court.
Keeping in view the fact that prosecution has already filed a closure report before the Trial Court and now there is no apprehension of arrest.
Therefore, the present petitions have become infruetuous and are accordingly disposed of. All pending applications(ifany)are also disposed of.
