2. Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 24.12.2021 submitted by the petitioner with the East Delhi Municipal Corporation pursuant to liberty granted by National Green Tribunal by its order dated 01.12.2021. 2022:DHC:383 W.P(C) 1949/2022 2
3. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.[1] & 2, 3, 4 and 5.
4. Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.[1] & 2 submits that since there are several petitioners the representation could not be disposed of and assures that the representation is under process and shall be disposed of within three to four weeks.
5. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of directing the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 24.12.2021 preferably within a period of four weeks from today. All rights and contentions of parties are reserved.
6. Copy of the order be uploaded on the High Court website and be also forwarded to learned counsels through email by the Court Master.
