JUDGMENT

1. The petition has been heard by way of video conferencing. MANMOHAN, J (ORAL)

2. Present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the Respondents to process the return of income, issue correct computation as well as issue refund along with up to date interest for the assessment year 2014-15.

3. Issue notice. Mr.Puneet Rai, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents. He states that the Assessing Officer has already passed the appeal effect order and the refund has been generated. 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner assures and undertakes to this Court that if any step is required for updation of the bank account, the Petitioner shall do the needful.
