1. The present petition has been preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking directions to the respondents to supply a complete copy of the proceedings of the Summary Force Court convened at 39th Battalion ITBP from 27.12.2021 to 30.12.2021.

2. Issue notice.

Learned counsel enters appearance on behalf of the respondents on 2022:DHC:796-DB W.P(C) 3479/2022 advance notice; and has assured this court that they shall supply attested copies of the entire evidence recorded and complete proceedings of trial of the petitioner before the Summary Force Court held at 39th Battalion ITBP from 27.12.2021 to 30.12.2021 within three (03) weeks from today.

4. Counsel has further assured this court that they shall also pay the outstanding salary, if any, due to the petitioner within four (04) weeks from today.

5. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, no directions are called-for in the matter and the present writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

6. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
