ORDER
1. These two applications under Section 438 ofthe Code ofCriminal BAILAPPLN.4222/2021 & BAIL APPLN.4223/2021 Page[1] of[3] 2022:DHC:5966 Procedure, 1973, have been filed for bail in the event of aixcst in connection with FIR No,136/2020dated05.03.2020registered atPolice StationDayalPurforoffencesunderSections 147,148,149,427and436 ofthe Indian Penal Code,1860["IPG").
2. Ms. Shvana, learned counsel for the applicants, submits that the incidentsinquestionoccurredon22.02.2020.Shefurthersubmitsthatthe applicantshereinhavebeenidentifiedfromvideo-footageinthecourseof investigation. She submits that in connection with the same FIR,three similarly situated persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court vide orders dated 31.03.2021 \in the cases ofAkeel ani Faizan]and31.08.2021 {inthe case ofZakir],
3. The applicants were protected by an interim order dated 01.12.2021,and have sincejoined investigation.
4. Mr. Madhukar Pandey,learned Special Public Prosecutor for the State,statesthattheinvestigationis stillin progress againsttheapplicants and a supplementary charge sheet will be filed, if required. In the meanwhile,he states that the custodial interrogation ofthe applicants is not required as they have joined the investigation and there is mW requirement of aiTest at this stage. He also submits that the role ofth^ applicants is similar to the role ofthe abovementioned three persons i.e. Akeel,Faizan and Zakir.

In these eireumstanees,it is directed that the applicants herein be admitted to bail in the event of arrest in eonneetion with FIR NO. 136/2020 dated 05.03.2020 registered at Police Station Dayal Pur for offences under Sections 147,148,149,427and436 ofthe IPG,subjectto furnishing of a personal bond in the sum of? 20,000/- each with one BAILAPPLN.4222/2021&BAILAPPLN.4223/2021 ^ 0^ surely m thelikeamounttothesatisfactionofthe Trial Court.
6. It IS further directed that the applicants will continue tojoin the investigation and will nottamper with the evidence in any manner.The applicants will also not contact with any of the prosecution witnesses named in the chargesheet or the supplementary chargesheet,which have been filed in the Trial Court.
