JUDGMENT

1. This petition is directed against an inquiry report. During the pendency of these proceedings, the disciplinary proceedings have culminated in the passing of an order of punishment against the petitioner. It is but natural that the petitioner will have to challenge the said punishment order.

2. Accordingly, Mr. Tapas Das seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to institute a fresh writ petition which would also include a challenge to the punishment order.

3. Needless to state, all grounds taken in this writ petition would W.P.(C) 13256/2025 be available to the petitioner to be urged in the fresh writ petition which he would file, if so advised.

4. Leave and liberty is granted as sought, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
