JUDGMENT
1. Mr. Bhargava, learned Counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer for the present to direct the respondents to treat this petition as a representation and take a decision thereon within a period of six weeks from today.
2. The decision would be communicated to the petitioner as soon as it is taken.
3. Needless to state, should the petitioner continue to remain aggrieved by the decision to be taken by the respondents, his remedies in law shall remain reserve. W.P.(C) 17513/2025
