JUDGMENT
1. After some hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to move the learned trial court pointing out the strained financial circumstances in which the petitioner is placed and requesting for permission to pay the decretal amount in installments.
2. The petitioner is permitted to move an appropriate application before the learned trial court on 18th April, 2022.
3. If such an application is filed, it shall be taken up by the learned trial court on the same day or the next day as per the convenience of the learned trial court.
4. The operation of the impugned order is stayed only till the application is taken up by the learned trial court. It would be for the 2022:DHC:1311 CM(M) 299/2022 learned trial court to take a decision on the said application. This Court does not express any view thereon.
5. This petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master to learned Counsel for the petitioner.
