JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Tiwari, learned CGSC for the respondents submits that the respondents would take a decision on the petitioner’s challenge to punishment as well as prayer for suspension of sentence within eight weeks from today and communicate the decision to the petitioner.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner, for the present, would stand assuaged. W.P.(C) 17557/2025

3. Subject to the right of the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the said decision, the present petition is disposed of, binding the respondents to the statement made by Mr. Tiwari.
