1. Vide the present petition, petitioner prays as under: (a) To set aside the release order No.E-38028/I.C.P.Order/Admin.1/ 2022/8466 dated 18.04.2022 issued by the respondents qua petitioner; (b) To issue directions to the respondents for allowing petitioner to continue to perform her duties at CISF Unit, IGI Airport, New Delhi. 2022:DHC:1707-DB W.P.(C) 6503/2022

2. On the last date of hearing, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner requested this Court that if the transfer order is kept in abeyance for an year or so; thereafter, she will join wherever posting is given to her by the respondents.

3. Accordingly, counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that transfer order of the petitioner is deferred upto 31.03.2023. To this effect, communication has already been issued which has been received by the counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of above, present petition along with pending applications stand disposed of.
