1. Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks setting aside of Signal No.S-IV-71/2022-TRG-15(De-Induction) dated 05.04.2022 and Office Order No.S.IV-I/2022-CWT (De-Induction) dated 05.04.2022; directions to respondents to attach petitioner to the Central Wrestling Team of the CRPF, to call for records of the his performance or to verify his performance in sports, to consider and conduct trials among all the players if he does not qualify in selection as he is ready to go on posting anywhere as per 2022:DHC:1842-DB respondents, to consider his representation dated 12.04.2022 and to conduct a proper enquiry into the grievances addressed by the petitioner and other players.

2. Pursuant to the order dated 2nd May, 2022, the Daily Practice Register has been produced and on perusal of the same, it is revealed that the daily record of the performance has not been recorded except for one day.

3. It is not in dispute that the board has not been constituted which would take decision upon petitioner’s case and as stated by learned counsel for the respondents, All India Police Games are scheduled for the tournament to be held in October, 2022.

4. Accordingly, without falling into the controversy regarding performance of the petitioner, we hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondents to keep the communication dated 05.04.2022 in abeyance till the trial of the petitioner is conducted for the tournament to be held in month of October, 2022.

5. We hereby make it clear that till then, the respondents will maintain the Daily Practice Register and if petitioner’s performance is not upto the mark, they may take the decision accordingly. However, such decision shall be put before the Board of Officers, who will take the final decision.

6. In view of the above, the present petition and the pending application are disposed of.
