CM(M) 505/2022, CM APPLs. 25677-79/2022
MR AJAY KUMAR GUPTA ..... Petitioner
Through: Petitioner in person.
Through: None.
Date of Decision: 27th May, 2022
JUDGMENT
1. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the learned Trial Court for the speedy disposal of the matter and not to grant any unnecessary adjournment to the parties.
2. I have heard the petitioner in person. It is inherent principle of the justice dispensation system that the matter should be decided expeditiously and unnecessary adjournments should not be given, however, this Court is not oblivious of the fact that pendency before the Trial Court is huge and there are umpteen reasons for the pendency. 2022:DHC:2147 CM(M)505/2022
3. The prayer of the petitioner that the directions may be given to the Trial Court to dispose of the matter in time bound manner, cannot be accepted.
4. It is for the learned Trial Court to see that the matter is disposed of expeditiously and unnecessary adjournments shall not be given to the parties.
5. This Court hopes and trusts that the learned Trial Court shall make best of its endeavor to dispose of this matter expeditiously.
6. With these observations, the present petition along with pending applications stands disposed of.
