ORDER o/o 31.05.2022 Further to the direetion contained in
JUDGMENT
05.05.2022,the learned Sole Arbitrator nominated in the matter, Mr. B.B. Sawhney, Senior Advocate has furnished disclosures dated
18.05.2022 as required under section 12 of the Arbitration &
Conciliation Act 1996. The disclosures show that there is no impediment to confirming the appointment of the leamed Sole
Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the parties.
2. Accordingly, the appointment of Mr. B.B. Sawhney, leamed senior counsel is confirmed as the leamed Sole Arbitrator as aforesaid.
3. Parties are directed to approach the leamed Sole Arbitrator at a time and place of his convenience, within a week, for a preliminary hearing.
4. The petitions stand disposed of.
5. Other pending applications,ifany,also stand disposed of. I.A.8875/2022in ARB.P.936/2021
6. By way ofthis application,it is prayed that the name ofMr. Adhitya Srinivasan,leamed counsel who had appeared in the matter on behalf ofthe petitioner be reflected in judgment dated 05.05.2022, where it has inadvertently been omitted.
7. Considering the prayer made and the position that Mr. Adhitya Srinivasan had in fact appeared in the matter, it is directed that the ARB.P.936/2021,ARB.P.937/2021 & ARB.P.938/2021 2of[3] name ofMr. Adhitya Srinivasan, Advocate,be read as counsel for the petitioner in all three petitions covered byjudgment dated 05.05.2022.
