1. With the consent of the counsel for the parties, these petitions have taken up for hearing.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states, he has no objection if the disputes between the parties in these petitions are referred for adjudication by a sole Arbitrator. Mr. Nagrath is also agreeable to the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. It is conceded position that the seat ofarbitration is in Delhi.

4. If that be so, this Court appoints Mr. Om Prakash Saini, Retired District and Session Judge as a sole Arbitrator who shall adjudicate the disputes between the parties including claims and counter claims,ifany.

5. The fee ofthe learned Arbitrator shall be on cumulative amount in all the three petitions to be governed by Schedule IV to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

6. The learned Arbitrator shall give disclosure in terms ofSection 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996.

7. Petitions are disposed of.

9. All the objections ofthe parties both on facts and in law are left open.
