JUDGMENT

1. Petitioners impugn order dated 12.02.2020, whereby the extension of suspension of the respondent was set aside and respondent was directed to be reinstated forthwith. The petitioners were directed to expedite the disciplinary proceedings and to conclude the same.

SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J. (ORAL)

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the disciplinary proceedings have been concluded on 17.11.2020 and appropriate order 2022:DHC:2772-DB W.P.(C) 2428/2020 2 had already been passed on the same.

3. Since the petitioners have only impugned an order of revocation of suspension pending disciplinary proceedings and the disciplinary proceedings have concluded, the petition has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the same is disposed of as infructuous. The pending applications also stand disposed of.
