25.07.2022 These are the applications filed seeking anticipatory bail in the FIR
No. 547/2021 dated 28.09.2021 registered at PS Hari Nagar, Delhi under
Section 354/354B/34 IPG.
As per the FIR, it is stated that the applicants, under influence of alcohol misbehaved with the complainant. It is Ihrther stated that they forcefully tried the complainant to consume alcohol and thereafter outraged her modesty.
One of the grounds taken in the bail application is that the complainant is a tenant of main accused, Mr. Atul Nagar who is the applicant's friend.
2022:DHC:5976 It is stated that there is a property dispute between the complainant and Mr.Atul Nagar,his tenant on the 3"^ Floor ofthe property. The dispute is with regard to the security deposit and that is the reason why the complaint has been filed.
The status report has been filed, wherein it has been verified that the complainant is a tenant ofMr.Atul Nagar.
I am ofthe view that the applicants havejoined the investigation and have participated in the enquiry and appeared as and when directed.
There is nothing which needs to be recovered from the applicants,and their custodial interrogation is also notrequired.
In this view of the matter, the applications are allowed and in the event of arrest, the applicants will be released on bail in the FIR NO. 547/2021 dated 28.09.2021 registered atPS Flari Nagar,Delhi under Section
354/354B/34IPG,on the following terms and conditions:- i. The applicants shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.
10,000/- with 1 local surety each of the same amount to the satisfaction ofthe 1.0. ii. They shall appear before the SHO,PS Hari Nagar, Delhi as and when directed by the 1.0./SHO and shall not be kept on waiting for more than halfan hour. iii. The applicants shall provide his mobile number to the
Investigating Officer(10)concerned- at the time ofrelease, which shall be kept in working condition at all times. The applicants shall not switch off, or change the same without prior intimation to the 10 concerned,during the period ofsuspension ofsentence; iv. In ease they change their address, they will inform the 10

The applicants shall not leave the eountry during the bail period and surrender their passport, if any, at the time of release before the Trial Court,ifthey have one;
The applicants shall not indulge in any criminal activity during the bail period;
The applicants shall not communicate with, or eome into contact with any of the prosecution witnesses, or any member of the vietim's family,or tamper with the evidence ofthe case.
The applieations are allowed in the aforesaid terms.
