JUDGMENT

1. Petitioner impugns order dated 20.12.2021 whereby, his Original Application was dismissed as withdrawn by the Tribunal.

2. The order dated 20.12.2021 notes that the representations dated 19.12.2018 and 09.08.2018 filed by the petitioner have been forwarded to The Additional Commissioner (CCU), GST Delhi Zone, for consideration. It is in these circumstances that petitioner withdrew his Original Application.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that erroneously it could not be brought to the notice of the Tribunal that the 2022:DHC:2884-DB W.P.(C) 11188/2022 2 representations already stood rejected.

4. Consequently, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a review petition before the Tribunal.

5. In view of the above, the petition along with the pending application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.

6. Order Dasti under signatures of the Court Master.
