JUDGMENT

1. After some hearing, Mr. Kartik Venu, learned Counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition for the present reserving his right to re-approach the Court should he be aggrieved by the decision taken in adjudication of the show cause notice issued to his client.

2. We make it clear that all arguments including the pleas advanced in the present writ petition would be available to the petitioner to be urged before the authority to whom the show cause is answerable and all such pleas would be addressed by the said authority in the order that the authority would pass which should be reasoned and speaking in nature and passed in accordance with law and procedure in that regard. W.P.(C) 17834/2025

3. Liberty with the petitioner to re-approach this Court should he remain aggrieved by the decision consequent on the show cause would remain reserved.

4. Mr. Venu also submits that, owing to indisposition of the petitioner, he was not in a position to answer the show cause notice in time. The time for responding to the show cause notice expires tomorrow, i.e., 25 November 2025.

5. We extend the time for the petitioner to respond to the show cause by a period of two weeks from tomorrow.

6. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
