1. On February 24,2022the following order was passed:

"1. Learned counsel for the parties have informed that moratorium period is still continuing. 2. Learned counselfor the parties submit that as of today, no orders are required to be passed in these petitions. 3. In view of aforesaid, the above captioned petitions are accordingly disposed of as sine die, with liberty to the 2022:DHC:6032

t parties to get these revived afterfinal decision in petition(s) pending before the NCLAT is pronounced or as and when required."

2. Learned counsel for the respondents and also Mr. Kohli agree that moratorium period is still continuing. Mr.Kohli state that he shall withdraw the petitions with liberty to revive these petitions,ifany cause survives.

3. Accordingly,the petitions and connected applications are closed with liberty as prayed for.
