1. Allowed, subject to just exceptions.

2. The application is accordingly disposed of. W.P.(C) 11920/2022 & CM APPL. 35601/2022 (ad-interim directions)

3. Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks quashing and setting aside of office order dated 22.06.2022 qua the petitioner, whereby the petitioner was relieved from deputation as JRO to report to his parent organization, being not in line with their own policy; directions to the respondents to further extend the deputation tenure of the petitioner as JRO under respondent No.2 for a period of one year (19.07.2022 to 18.07.2023) on 2022:DHC:3109-DB W.P.(C) 11920/2022 compassionate grounds.

4. For the aforesaid relief, petitioner had made a representation dated 14.07.2022 before the respondents, however, till date the said representation has not been decided.

5. In view of above, we hereby direct the respondents to hear and take a final decision on the representation dated 14.07.2022 within one week from today and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner within three days thereafter.

6. Needless to say, if the petitioner still feels aggrieved by the decision to be taken by the respondents on his representation dated 14.07.2022, the petitioner may approach the appropriate forum.

7. With the aforesaid directions, the present petition and pending application stand disposed of.
