1. Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks directions to the respondents to grant PMR and discharge of the petitioner from service/post of Havaldar No.1608830F, Rajputana Rifle.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a representation through proper channel before the competent authority.

3. Accordingly, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file aforesaid representation before competent authority within two weeks, if so advised and the competent authority shall decide the same 2022:DHC:3030-DB W.P.(C) 11719/2022 within six weeks thereafter. Decision thereof shall be communicated by the competent authority to the petitioner within one week thereafter.

4. Needless to say, if the petitioner still feels aggrieved by the decision to be taken, he may challenge the same before the appropriate forum.

5. Pending application also stands disposed of.
