1. Allowed, subject to just exceptions.

2. The application is accordingly disposed of.

3. By way of the present petition, petitioner seeks directions to the respondents to declare the outcome of the DPC as held on 10.08.2022 in respect of the petitioner for the post of Director (Administration) and if found fit, promote the petitioner to the post of Director (Administration) 2022:DHC:3195-DB before the date of his retirement i.e. 31.08.2022 with all consequential benefits from the dates the vacancies have arisen.

4. Notice issued.

5. Mr.Naresh Kaushik, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the UPSC has informed this Court that the result of the DPC held on 10.08.2022 has already been communicated to the Director General, Border Road Organization/respondent no.2.

6. In view of above, said respondent is directed to declare the result of the DPC held on 10.08.2022 within three days from the receipt of this order.

7. Needless to state that if the petitioner has been recommended for the promotion to the post of Director (Administration) by the DPC held on 10.08.2022, to that effect, an order shall be passed within one week thereafter.

8. Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

9. Order dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
