1. The present writ petition has been filed with following prayers: “a. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing the Respondent to the execute the Recovery Certificate dated 25.02.2021, b. Allow the present Petition with costs in favour of the Petitioner,”

2. This Court vide order dated 9th March, 2022 recorded that the sum of Rs.18, 79, 200/- has been deposited.

3. Pursuant to the deposit of this amount, the writ petition stands satisfied and disposed of. 2022:DHC:3202 W.P.(C) 903/2022

4. Mr. Atul T. N., learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court had released only Rs.3, 79, 200/- to the workman and remaining amount was kept in a fixed deposit on auto renewal mode.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that entire amount is required to be released and he shall move an appropriate application for release the same.

6. In view of the submissions made, learned counsel for the petitioner is at liberty to move such application and the present writ petition along with the pending application stands disposed of.
