JUDGMENT
1. Both the parties submit that the aforesaid matters have been amicably settled in the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide 2022:DHC:3364 W.P.(C) 1858/2022 & connect matters settlement agreement dated 20th August, 2022, whereby, it has been settled that the petitioner-management shall pay a sum of Rs.45,000/to each of the workman. Out of Rs.45,000/-, a sum of Rs.12,000/- has already been paid.
2. It has been further submitted that in the above said three writ petitions, a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- has been deposited by the petitionermanagement with the Registry of this Court.
3. As per the settlement agreement, out of this deposited amount, Rs. 33,000/- each shall be refunded to the respondent-workman and the remaining amount shall be released to the petitioner-workman. However, to ease out the process, the Registry is directed to release the entire amount to the petitioner-management along with interest accrued thereon and the petitioner-management shall pay a sum of Rs.33,000/to each of the workman.
4. Registry shall release the entire amount to the petitioner-management as per law after necessary verification.
5. In view of these, the present petitions stand disposed of.
