30.08.2022 Ms Rao, learned ASC on instructions from the Investigating Officer states that in all pending cases which are under investigation with the EOW, the investigation will be completed and they will file a final report in all the
FIRs,which are under investigation,within 12 weeks from today.
Mr Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners states that binding the
2022:DHC:6045 respondents to their staternent, he does not press any other prayer raised in the main petition. However,he states that in the present case despite a period of3 '/2 years,even though charge-sheets have been filed, the charges are yet to be framed. In this view ofthe matter,the concerned Courts are requested to consider expediting the trial.
The petitions are disposed ofwith these directions.
