JUDGMENT

1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. CMAPPL.79655/2025(modification of judgment dated 26.11.2025)

2. The present application on behalf of respondent no.2 under Section 152 of the CPC seeks the following prayers:- “a) Allow the instant Application and modify and correct paragraph 2(iii) of the judgement dated 26.11.2025 to substitute the incorrect name “Bawana Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd.” with the correct name “Bawana Infra Development Private Limited” for Respondent No. 2 as mentioned in para 3 of the instant application; b) Direct that all references to Respondent No. 2 in the record be read as “Bawana Infra Development Private Limited”; c) Pass such other or further order(s) as may be deemed just, fit and proper in facts and circumstances of the present case.”

3. It is noted that in the memo of parties the name of respondent no.2 is reflected as ‘Bawana Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd.’

4. In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner shall place on record amended memo of parties reflecting the correct name of respondent no.2.

5. On doing so, the correct name i.e ‘Bawana Infra Development Private Limited’ shall be reflected in reference to respondent no.2 in the judgment.

6. Order be uploaded as corrigendum to judgment dated 26.11.2025.
