1. Learned counsel for respondent submits that to put the entire controversy to rest, as the stand of the petitioner is that respondent is covered by the Employee Pension Scheme, 1995 (‘EPF, 95’), he is willing to be covered under the same.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have no objection to considering the respondent under the EPF, 95 Scheme. 2022:DHC:3536-DB W.P.(C) 281/2017 2
3. The statement is taken on record,
4. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to issue necessary orders under the EPF, 95 Scheme qua the respondent. The order be passed and necessary disbursal be made within a period of six weeks from today.
5. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
6. Compliance report be filed before this Court on the next date of hearing.
7. List on 31.10.2022.
