JUDGMENT

1. Learned counsel for respondent submits that to put the entire controversy to rest, as the stand of the petitioner is that respondent is covered by the Employee Pension Scheme, 1995 (‘EPF, 95’), he is willing to be covered under the same.

4. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to issue necessary orders under the EPF, 95 Scheme qua the respondent. The order be passed and necessary disbursal be made within a period of six weeks from today.
