JUDGMENT
1. Mr. Manjeet Singh, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent shall vacate the premises in dispute on or before 31st May,
2023.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent undertakes that the entire arrears of rent shall also be cleared within two weeks from today. It has also been undertaken that all dues of the corporation i.e. water, electricity and any other dues to any other authority shall be cleared on or before 31st May,

3. Respondent is also connected through VC and in view of the submissions made by this counsel undertakes to vacate the premise by 31st May, 2023. He has undertaken that entire arrears of rent shall be cleared within two weeks from today and that the payment of all dues shall be made to the corporation or any other authority. The payment of lieu of the enhancement of rent as provided in the lease shall also be given effect to.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has accepted the same and submits that in view of the submissions made by the respondent and his counsel, he does not wish to press his petition and the present petition may be disposed of in accordance with the undertaking given by the respondent.
5. The parties shall move an appropriate application before the Trial Court for the disposal of the petition in accordance with law. The respondent herein shall file an undertaking to this effect before the learned Trial Court.
6. The respondent shall be held bound by the undertaking made before this Court.
7. In view of the above, the present revision petition stands disposed of.
