1. Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks following relief(s):- “i. Issue a writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, thereby quashing the signal number No.

T.IX-41/2022-0PS dated 26.07.2022 issued by the Commandant-4 Signal Bn CRPF qua the transfer of Petitioner. ii. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, thereby directing the respondents to post the Petitioner at any of the places such as (i) C/4 Signal Company, (GC Gandhi Nagar) (ii) GC Bilaspur (Chhattisgrah), (iii) E/ 4 Signal, (Chhattisgrah) (iv) 39 BN (Andhra Pradesh) and (v) 241 BN (Chhattisgrah) (four units t posted in Chhattisgarh and one unit in Andhra Pradesh) in ANO.”

2. For the aforesaid relief(s), petitioner has already made representation 2022:DHC:3927-DB W.P.(C) 12861/2022 dated 08.08.2022 before the respondents, however, the same has not been decided till date.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that pursuant to Signal dated 26.07.2022, the petitioner has already joined and accordingly, prayer (i) of the present petition is already satisfied.

4. Learned counsel for petitioner further submits that the respondents may be directed to decide the representation dated 08.08.2022 qua payer (ii) made in the present petition.

5. In view of above, we hereby direct the respondents to take a final decision on the representation dated 08.08.2022 qua prayer (ii) within four weeks and communicate the decision thereof the petitioner within one week thereafter.

6. Needless to say, if the petitioner feels aggrieved by the decision on the representation dated 08.08.2022, he may approach the appropriate forum.

7. With the aforesaid directions, the present petition is disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
