1. Allowed, subject to just exceptions.

2. The application is accordingly disposed of.

3. Vide the present petition, petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents to set aside the Speaking Order dated 23.05.2022 passed by ADG, BSF; to release the petitioner on bail; directions to the respondents to reinstate the service of the petitioner with back wages and consequential benefits.

4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that against the impugned Speaking Order dated 23.05.2022, the petitioner has already made representation dated 28.07.2022 before the respondents, however, the same 2022:DHC:3928-DB has not been decided till date.

5. In view of above, we hereby direct the respondents to take a final decision on the representation dated 28.07.2022 within two weeks by a detailed/reasoned order and communicate the decision thereof the petitioner within three days thereafter.

6. Needless to say, if the petitioner feels aggrieved by the decision on the representation dated 28.07.2022, he may approach the appropriate forum.

7. With the aforesaid directions, the present petition is disposed of.
