1. Present petition has been filed challenging the decision of classification of the petitioner’s detailed medical examination application in Assam Rifle Examination-2021 as the same was rejected on 22.09.2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the aforesaid relief, petitioner made representation dated 23.09.2022, however, till date, the said representation has not been decided.

3. Accordingly, we hereby dispose of the present petition by giving direction to the respondents to decide the aforementioned representation 2022:DHC:4140-DB W.P.(C) 14259/2022 within two weeks from today and the decision taken shall be conveyed to the petitioner in writing within one week thereafter.

4. Needless to state that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision of the respondents, he may challenge the same before the appropriate forum.

5. In view of aforesaid directions, petition is disposed of.

6. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
