1. By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks following reliefs:- (a) Pass an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to release the pensionary benefits including the amount deposited in the GPF Account No.679005678 90 BN, BSF to the petitioner, in the interest of justice; (b) It is further prayed that all the documents relating to the inquiry proceedings stated above may kindly be ordered to be supplied to the petitioner, in the interests of justice; Pass any other and further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2022:DHC:4195-DB W.P.(C) 14393/2022

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner on instructions submits that he does not press the prayer clause (b) of the present petition.

3. Accordingly, we hereby dispose of the present petition directing the petitioner to make a representation qua the prayer clause (a) of the present petition within two weeks from today and on receipt of the said representation, the respondents are directed to decide the same within six weeks thereafter. The decision thereof shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.

4. Needless to state that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision, he may challenge the same before the appropriate forum.

5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
