1. Vide the present writ petition, petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents to consider the filling up the post of SI (Works) on deputation of petitioner No. 010093115 and quashing of the rejection order vide Annexure-15 passed by the respondents. Petitioner is further seeking disposal of the representation dated 14.08.2020 of the petitioner No.010093115 pending before respondent No.1.

2. For the aforesaid relief(s), the petitioner has already filed representation dated 14.08.2020 before the competent authority, however, the said representation has not been decided.

3. Accordingly, we hereby direct the respondents/competent authority to 2022:DHC:4180-DB W.P.(C) 2889/2022 decide the representation dated 14.08.2020 filed by the petitioner within four weeks from today and communicate the decision thereof to the petitioner with a reasoned order within one week thereafter.

4. Needless to say, if the petitioner feels aggrieved by the decision on the representation dated 14.08.2020, he may approach the appropriate forum.
