1. Allowed, subject to just exceptions.

2. The application is disposed of.

3. Present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 02.07.2018 whereby petitioner wrongfully placed in lower grade pay. Further seeks directions to respondent no. 2 to place the petitioner in the level 12 in 2400/- pay band of the 7th CPC pay matrix.

4. For the said relief, petitioner made representation dated 01.07.2022 to the respondents, however, till date, respondents have not responded to it. 2022:DHC:4181-DB

5. Accordingly, we hereby dispose of the present petition by giving direction to the respondents to decide representation/legal notice dated 01.07.2022 within four weeks from today and decision shall be communicated to the petitioner in writing within one week thereafter.

6. Needless to say, if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision of the respondents, he may approach appropriate forum, if so advised.

7. With the aforesaid directions, the present petition is disposed of.
