JUDGMENT

1. It is submitted by learned Counsel for the petitioners that a review application, seeking review of the impugned order dated 4th March 2022, is pending before the learned ADJ in Ex. Civil 268/2020 (Lizbeth Simon and Anr. v. Binu Thomas), and is next listed on 28th October 2022.

2. Inasmuch as the learned ADJ has consigned the execution proceedings before him to the Record Room and review is sought of the said decision, it is necessary that the application is heard and decided at the earliest.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the review application was listed on four dates and is yet to be heard.

4. In the circumstances, the learned ADJ is requested to take up Neutral Citation Number: 2022/DHC/004383 CM(M) 1113/2022 and hear the review application filed by the petitioners for review of the order 4th March 2022 on the next date when the execution proceeding is listed before him on 28th October 2022 and to take a decision on the said review application as expeditiously as possible, thereafter, and preferably within a week of hearing, if not on the same day.

5. Leave and liberty is granted to the petitioners to re-approach this Court in case they continue to be aggrieved by the order passed by the learned ADJ.

6. This petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
