JUDGMENT

1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the statutory petition preferred by him on 26 August 2025 may be disposed of by the respondents.

2. Mr. Varun Jamwal, learned Senior Panel Counsel for the respondents on instructions undertakes to ensure that the statutory petition would be disposed of within eight weeks from today and the decision would be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.

3. The writ petition, therefore, stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
