Vide the present writ petition, petitioner is seeking directions to the respondent No.1 to consider the request of resignation submitted by the petitioner on 08.04.2022, 23.06.2022 & in October, 2022 and further directions to the respondent No.1 to pass orders on the application for resignation submitted by the petitioner to the respondent No.4 on 08.04.2022 18:04 Neutral Citation Number: 2022/DHC/004913 and 23.06.2022.

4. Notice issued.

5. Learned counsel for respondents accepts notice and has assured this Court that the request of resignation submitted by the petitioner on 08.04.2022, 23.06.2022 & in October, 2022 shall be decided within six weeks.

6. Accordingly, we hereby direct the respondents to do needful as assured by learned counsel for respondents within the time sought by him and communicate the decision thereof, to the petitioner in writing within one week thereafter.

7. Needless to say, if the petitioner still feels aggrieved by the decision of respondents on his aforesaid request of resignation dated 08.04.2022, 23.06.2022 & October, 2022, he may challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
