JUDGMENT
1. Vide the present writ petition, petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents to pay the salary of the petitioner retrospectively from 01.01.1996 in parity with the Delhi Police Head Constables as per the Government Order dated 30.09.1997; to call the complete records of the petitioner’s basic pay and salary; and directions to the respondents not to discriminate the salary of the petitioner with other CPOs;
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a representation before the respondents.
3. Permission granted.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with 17:04 Neutral Citation Number: 2022/DHC/005066 W.P.(C) 16067/2022 the liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the respondents within one month from today and respondents are directed to decide the same within three months thereafter. Respondents shall communicate the decision thereof to the petitioner in writing within two weeks thereafter.
