JUDGMENT
4. The name of Darshan Lal Chadha as contained in para 10 and 15 of the judgment dated 29.11.2022 stand replaced with the name of CM APPL. 1234/2023 (Modification of judgment dated 29.11.2022)
1. By way of the present application, the petitioner/applicant seeks modification of the judgment dated 29.11.2022 to the extent that the name of the summoned witness ‘Darshan Lal Chadha’ may be replaced with the name ‘Darshan Kumar Chadha’.
2. After perusing the original application as filed before the learned Trial Court, it is clear that the witness sought to be summoned was Darshan Kumar Chadha and not Darshan Lal Chadha.
3. Accordingly, the change and modification as sought is allowed. Neutral Citation Number 2023/DHC/000431 CM(M) 719/2021 Sh. Darshan Kumar Chadha.
5. Necessary amendments may be carried out in the judgment dated 29.11.2022 and a corrigendum may accordingly be issued.
6. In view of the aforesaid directions, the application stands disposed of.
